pumpr.wtf provides a platform for creating landing pages for cryptocurrency tokens on the Solana blockchain. The Service includes:
- AI-generated content based on token contract addresses
- Customizable themes and design templates
- Page hosting and management tools
- Free and paid subscription tiers
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating pages
- Not use the Service for illegal activities or fraudulent tokens
- Not impersonate others or misrepresent token ownership
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Service
- Not create pages that violate third-party intellectual property rights
4. Subscription and Payment
PRO subscriptions are paid via Solana cryptocurrency. By subscribing:
- You authorize payment through your connected Solana wallet
- Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected tier (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
5. Page Limits and Features
Service tiers include different limits:
- Free tier: 1 page total, basic theme only
- PRO Monthly/Quarterly: 15 pages per month, all features
- PRO Annual: 20 pages per month, all features
- Monthly limits reset 30 days after the oldest page creation in the current period
- We reserve the right to modify limits with notice to existing subscribers
6. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create through the Service. However:
- You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your pages
- AI-generated content is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing and editing
- pumpr.wtf branding on free-tier pages is required
- You may remove pumpr.wtf branding with a PRO subscription
- We retain all rights to the pumpr.wtf platform, themes, and source code
7. Contract Address Locking
To prevent fraud and maintain security:
- Contract addresses can be added within 15 minutes of page creation
- Once added, contract addresses lock permanently and cannot be changed
- This is a security feature and no exceptions will be made
- You are responsible for verifying the correct contract address before adding it
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Create pages for scam tokens or rug-pull schemes
- Use the Service to promote illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
- Abuse API limits or create excessive automated requests
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law
- Share account credentials or subscription access
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not:
- Guarantee uptime or availability
- Verify the legitimacy of tokens or projects
- Endorse any token created through the Service
- Guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content
- Accept liability for financial losses related to tokens
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold pumpr.wtf harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Content you create or publish
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of third-party rights
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:
- For violation of these Terms
- For fraudulent or abusive behavior
- If required by law or legal process
- At our discretion with or without notice
Upon termination, your pages may be removed and subscription fees are non-refundable.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
